[11 Dec 2006|11:29pm] this semester has been a waste of time. i can't wait for it to be over. next semester i hope to be doing more meaningful things, and less partying. i want to go to richmond and visit elyse more often. i want to never be in this house. i want to be adventurous. the past year and a half has been a huge blur and i don't feel like i have accomplished anything, except for meeting a shit load of new people. i got into the art department so i'll be taking 4 art classes next semester and i can't wait to unleash my creativity that i have been avoiding for so long. all of these things will hopefully make my life more exciting and maybe i'll actually feel alive. i'm sure spring semester will go just as fast as the others have and before i know it i'll be back home for summer. christmas is so soon and for the first time i don't know what i am going to get. my mom is surprising me with something big, i hope it's a trip somewhere. my sister and her boyfriend are buying a beautiful house together. i can't wait for that. there's still only one person i can talk to for four hours about absolutely nothing and then feel like it went by too fast. i broke my camera lens last weekend. i'll be up all night reading tonight. i'm coming home friday.

[21 Nov 2006|12:20pm] so far this has been my break: friday: drove home alone, left at 1:15, got home at 5:00 ate pizza with my family met up with alison, tiffany, ski, and ross hung out at their practice space smoked a blunt went to secret dance night saturday: my parents had a huge cookout at our house got drunk and hung out with my brother/cousin took a nap met hunter heri and his girlfriend and went to see a comedy show the dude called me out twice sunday: mom drove me to maccarthur to talk to the people at vans left and drove to lynnhaven mall, ate subway, got manicures/pedicures bought some jewelry went to the grocery store took a shower picked dana and blake up, met up with alison and tiffany went to cogans $5 pizza night left and dana, blake and i saw borat monday: spent the whole day writing a paper watched the ali g show and sex and the city tomorrow, elyse and my sister/her boyfriend/their dog come home. i haven't seen elyse since september.

[15 Nov 2006|03:47pm] [ music | nwa: express yourself ] dana decided she's going to stay in harrisonburg next year and she wants to live in our 5th room!!! last night we went to gayhigh and i got wasted agaiiiin. this morning i woke up and decided to skip my first two classes which is terrible. i went to history and then ate lunch with matt, jessie and elizabeth. then we went and knocked on the door at 308 to look around at the house. we picked rooms too. here are some pictures. [12 Nov 2006|11:42pm] [ mood | can't sleep ] this weekend was fun friday: show and then gi joes and hos party + pizza saturday: allie gave me her old bike, i love it so much went for a drive with allie, jessie and zach on 33 stopped at blue hole on the way back let the wind blow my tears away then we had a party at our house up up down down chilled i woke up and started throwing up all day and had to go to work i'm tired of drinking vb friday i miss elyse and my family so much all the time i'm not okay by myself and i have horrible timing over and over again

[07 Nov 2006|10:35pm] i'm back! today i went to anthropology class without brushing my teeth and all i could think about the whole class was how i wanted to go home a brush them. i walked back to my car in the freezing cold rain. worked. spent most of the time putting huge slabs of cream cheese in containers to sell for a dolla ninety eight. i had a gloomy day. i need to change my diet. elyse called. i hate trying to figure out classes. i want to go on a roadtrip. i'm going to read. edit: i just went to see nervous habits (my next door neighbors) play down the street at 308 (my house next year.) i don't understand how people can like all the poppy indie new wave dance crap all these bands are coming out with and not appreciate punk rock at all. it's lame.

(2! ! !'s | ! ! !) this is my return [06 Nov 2006|11:54pm] [ music | surferosa ] i feel like updating. i think i'm going to start doing this every day because these things don't make sense otherwise. i'm doing this for myself. i tried this in my real journal but i was too lazy to hand write anything. today i woke up around eight. i think i am getting sick, i keep waking up with a swollen throat. it feels like im choking. i skipped my first class because i was tired from an amazing weekend and work all day yesterday. it's the first time i skipped that class. somehow in the morning, before i even look or go outside, i can tell exactly what the weather will be like. it was nice. i walked to class. this small brown bike song that i really really like keeps coming on shuffle on my ipod. went to all my other classes. grandma called to tell me she gave me money for my deposit for my house next year because i forgot to ask my parents before they left for their cruise. manager at vans called and offered me the last position for seasonal, so i'll be working there over thanksgiving/ christmas. got some veggie sushi and started walking home when i ran into amanda and we walked to our house together. i ate a delicious sandwich with ingrediants i stole from mr. j's. then i found out my computer was fixed. went to get that, and picked up a thank you card for grandma. i spent the majority of my day on the internet, uploading pictures. this weekend was fun, as always. alison and tasha were here. i got some good new pictures out of it. tim came over to get some pictures taken for a project. he took an enlargement of one of my photos. i can't wait to start taking art classes. i register on friday. since i'm getting paid tomorrow, i decided to use a little of the money i got from my grandma to get some warm stuff to wear. i wanted a coat, but couldn't find a decent cheap one i wanted. i opted for slipper shoes and a new hoodie. i should have gone to the gym today. instead i just ate pasta salad. i've been thinking a lot about how i need to start participating in my own life more, because i usually sit on the sidelines at parties and i spend a lot of time by myself. i guess i notice it more now because i've been hanging out with a bunch of new people lately. also, sometimes i get way too caught up in partying, i feel like i need to spend more time in small groups of people, or spending time getting close to certain people, doing things other than drinking. i'm going to watch sex and the city. peace. ( slippers )
